We require 24 hours notice to cancel or re-schedule appointments or a 50% charge will be made – all treatments over 2 hours require 50% deposit – clients who arrive late will only receive the remaining time of their appointment – we regret that it may be necessary to treat appointments as cancelled for clients arriving more that 15 minutes late…
